I’m a SaaS founder and an IT systems and network administrator. My work connects product building with the day-to-day realities of infrastructure, security, and operations.

How I work

Building a SaaS product means thinking beyond the feature in front of you: the product has to be useful, and the systems behind it have to be dependable. My experience in IT operations keeps those concerns connected.

Alongside product work, I manage IT systems and networks, with a focus on security and reliable operations. I also use workflow automation and DevOps practices to make recurring work clearer and easier to maintain.

I’m the founder of YallaTix, where I put this product-and-operations perspective into practice.

I bring that mix of product and operational experience to each engagement, starting with the real problem a team needs to solve.
